Iā€™ve spent the last four years launching and scaling our Subscriptions business (Monzo Plus & Premium). Before that I: worked on our main bank strategy (which led to Salary Sorter, Bills Pots, Get Paid Early); did a pilot of a rewards scheme called Monzo Points; helped build our Borrowing team (built Loans, scaled Overdrafts, and kicked off Credit Tracking), and did a very early test of the marketplace concept (energy switching, savings, etc). I also coordinated launching charity donations, and our product response to covid.
